葛酮通络胶囊联合前列地尔注射液对椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者血液流变学及血清ILF-1、内皮素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨葛酮通络胶囊联合前列地尔注射液对椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕(VBIV)患者血流动力学、血清白细胞介素增强结合因子-1(ILF-1)及内皮素的影响。方法将2016年5月至2021年4月皖南医学院第二附属医院收治的VBIV患者120例纳入本次回顾性研究,根据治疗方式不同分为联合组(n=60)与对照组(n=60)。对照组采用前列地尔注射液治疗,联合组采用葛酮通络胶囊+前列地尔注射液治疗,疗程14 d。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前和治疗14 d后的NIHSS评分、血流动力学参数、血清ILF-1和内皮素水平。结果联合组的总有效率为96.67%,明显优于对照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗14 d后的NIHSS评分为(9.05±2.40)分,显著低于对照组[(12.30±2.85)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗14 d后的椎动脉血流速度及右椎动脉血流速度分别为(43.02±3.08)、(42.87±3.89)cm/s,均显著高于对照组[(34.67±2.74)、(34.52±3.71)cm/s],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗14 d后的血清ILF-1、内皮素水平分别为(35.56±5.01)、(51.65±6.78)pg/mL,均显著低于较对照组[(76.45±5.67)、(99.02±7.28)pg/mL],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葛酮通络胶囊联合前列地尔注射液治疗VBIV患者的疗效显著,不仅可明显提高血流动力学指标,降低NIHSS评分,还可降低血清ILF-1、内皮素水平。Objective To investigate the effects of Getong Tongluo capsules combined with alprostol injection on hemodynamics and serum interleukin-enhanced binding factor-1(ILF-1)and endothelin(ET)in patients with vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency vertigo(VBIV).Methods A total of 120 patients with VBIV admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from May 2016 to April 2021 were included in this retrospective study,and divided into combined group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with alprostadil injection,the combined group was treated with Getong Tongluo capsules+alprostadil injection,and the treatment duration was 14 days.The clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,hemodynamic parameters,the levels of serum ILF-1 and endothelin before and after 14 days of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 96.67%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the NIHSS score of the combined group was(9.05±2.40)pionts,which was lower than that of the control group[(12.30±2.85)pionts],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery velocities in the combined group were(43.02±3.08),(42.87±3.89)cm/s,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group[(34.67±2.74),(34.52±3.71)cm/s],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the levels of serum ILF-1 and ET in the combined group were(35.56±5.01),(51.65±6.78)pg/mL,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(76.45±5.67),(99.02±7.28)pg/mL],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Getong Tongluo capsules combined with alprostol injection has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with VBIV,which can not only significantly i
