摘  要:为研究松花粉鳕鱼皮胶原肽复合物对小鼠免疫及抗氧化功能的改善作用,分别进行了健康小鼠增强免疫力实验和老龄小鼠抗氧化实验,通过测定小鼠免疫器官/体重比值、淋巴细胞增殖能力、血容素半数溶血值、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力评价受试样品的免疫活性;通过测定小鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)及丙二醛(MDA)水平综合评价受试样品的抗氧化作用。结果显示,受试样品对健康小鼠的免疫器官/体重比值无明显影响,能显著提高小鼠的淋巴细胞增殖能力、血容素半数溶血值和巨噬细胞吞噬指数,具有较好的免疫活性;同时,受试样品能显著提高老龄小鼠的SOD、GSHPx酶活水平和GSH含量,并能显著降低MDA含量水平,表现出了较好的抗氧化活性。通过实验可知,松花粉鳕鱼皮胶原肽复合物具有增强免疫力和抗氧化作用。The immunity and antioxidant activity of pine pollen combined cod skin collagen peptides were studied.The immunity enhancement experiment of healthy mice and the antioxidant experiment of aged mice were carried out respectively.The immunity activity was evaluated by measuring the ratio of immune organs to body weight,lymphocyte proliferation ability,half hemolytic value of hemotensin and the ability of macrophages to phagocytize chicken erythrocytes.The antioxidant activity was evaluated by measuring the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),glutathione(GSH)and malondialdehyde(MDA).The results showed that the tested samples had no significant effect on the ratio of immune organs to body weight of healthy mice;it could significantly improve the lymphocyte proliferation ability and half value of hemolysin(HC 50)and phagocytosis index(PI),and it had good immune activity.At the same time,the tested samples could significantly increase the activity level of SOD,GSH-Px and GSH content in aged mice,and significantly reduce the content level of MDA.It indicated that the tested samples showed good antioxidant activity.The comprehensive results showed that the complexes of pine pollen combined with cod skin collagen peptides could enhance immunity and antioxidation.
