小枝玫瑰醇提物降血糖降血脂舒张血管作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小枝玫瑰醇提物对糖尿病小鼠血糖,高血脂大鼠血脂以及大鼠离体胸主动脉舒张作用的影响。方法:利用链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病小鼠模型,观察小枝玫瑰醇提物对血糖和糖耐量的改善作用;建立高脂血症大鼠模型,确定小枝玫瑰醇提物的降脂作用;制备离体大鼠胸主动脉环,使用累积加药法记录小枝玫瑰醇提物对去甲肾上腺素预收缩的胸主动脉环张力的影响。结果:各组小枝玫瑰醇提物均可降低糖尿病小鼠血糖浓度和改善其糖耐量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。小枝玫瑰醇提物各剂量组均可降低高脂大鼠血清血脂水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对大鼠内皮完整组和内皮去除组的胸主动脉环均具有浓度依赖性的舒张作用,但该作用并无差异(P>0.05),内皮完整组和内皮去除组的最大舒张率(Emax)分别为(82.95±7.88)%和(87.94±3.82)%。结论:小枝玫瑰醇提物具有一定的降糖降脂作用和非内皮依赖性血管舒张作用。Objective:To observe the effects of branchlets rosa alcohol extract on blood glucose index in diabetic mice,blood lipids in hyperlipidemic mice,and relaxation of isolated thoracic aorta in rats.Methods:Streptozotocin was used to establish a diabetic mouse model to observe the effect of alcohol extract on reducing glucose and glucose tolerance;a hyperlipidemia rat model was created to observe lipid-lowering effect;preparing isolated rat thoracic aortic rings,cumulative dosing was used to record the effect of alcohol extracts on the tension of norepinephrine precontracted thoracic aortic ring.Results:All groups using alcohol extracts from branchlets rosa reduced blood glucose concentration and improved the glucose tolerance of diabetic mice(P<0.05或P<0.01).Each dose group could reduce the serum lipid level of hyperlipidemic rats(P<0.05或P<0.01).The alcohol extract treated group had a concentration-dependent relaxation effect on the thoracic aortic ring in the endothelial intact group and endothelium-removed group,but the effect was not much different(P>0.05).The maximum relaxation rate(Emax)of the endothelial intact group and endothelial-removed group was(82.95±7.88)%and(87.94±3.82)%.Conclusion:The branchlets rosa alcohol extract has certain glycemic-lowering and lipid-lowering effect and endothelium-independent vasodilation effect.
