摘  要:构建了基于整车比功率(vehicle specific power,VSP)特性的油耗计算模型,以掌握不同速度区间和坡度区间的油耗情况,利于整车能耗性能的优化指导。从发动机高效清洁燃烧、先进动力总成、电控附件、油门MAP技术、低黏度润滑油、空气动力学、低滚阻轮胎等方面着手,对重型车燃油经济性进行全面的优化升级,并采用转毂台架进行试验验证。基于重型车用户大数据,形成整车燃油经济性的评价综合工况,并利用实车道路试验进行验证。台架和实车道路试验结果表明:通过全方位的技术升级,燃油经济性达到预期优化目标。A fuel consumption calculation model based on the vehicle specific power(VSP)characteristics of the whole vehicle is proposed to grasp the fuel consumption in different speed intervals and slope intervals,which facilitates the guidance of the optimization of the energy consumption performance of the whole vehicle.The fuel economy of the heavy-duty vehicle is optimized and upgraded in terms of efficient and clean engine combustion,advanced powertrain,electronic control accessories,throttle MAP technology,low-viscosity lubricating oil,aerodynamics,and low-rolling resistance tires.The vehicle is verified before and after optimization by using rotary hub bench test and real road test respectively.The test results show that the fuel economy has reached the expected optimization target through the comprehensive technical upgrade.
