摘 要:以广州至清远城际轨道交通1标段狮岭特大桥工程为研究对象,通过理论分析与现场应用,开展强发育岩溶地区特大桥桩基勘察与施工工艺研究。首先对比分析岩溶地区6种常用勘探方法的优缺点及其适用范围,提出“高密电阻率法+钻探+地震波层析成像”一体化综合勘察方式,再考虑岩溶洞穴类型、溶洞大小、施工风险以及周边复杂工况等诸多因素,提出3种桩基础施工方案并进行合理比选,最后梳理总结回旋钻机成孔工艺的施工控制要点,为强发育岩溶地区类似特大桥桩基的勘察与施工提供理论基础并指导实践。Taking Shiling Extra-large Bridge Project of Guangzhou-Qingyuan Intercity Railway bid section 1 as the research object,through theoretical analysis and field application,the research carries out the investigation and construction technology research of extra-large bridge pile foundation in strongly developed karst area.Firstly,the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of six common exploration methods in karst area are compared and analyzed,and the integrated comprehensive exploration of“high density resistivity method+drilling+seismic wave tomography”is proposed.Then considering many factors such as karst cave type,size,construction risk and surrounding complex working conditions,three pile foundation construction schemes are proposed and reasonably compared.Finally,the construction control points of rotary drilling technology are summarized,which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the investigation and construction of similar extralarge bridge pile foundations in strongly developed karst areas.
