皮肤美容缝合在外科住培中的教学实践

摘　　要：随着人们对美需求的提高,皮肤美容缝合受到越来越多的关注。在外科住培中加入皮肤美容缝合教学具有重要的意义。2019年起笔者所在医院将皮肤美容缝合作为外科住培生的一门临床技能课,通过理论教学、模拟训练、临床实践相结合的方法,教授外科住培生皮肤美容缝合方法,同时积极鼓励住培生在临床中应用并进行临床科研。通过将皮肤美容缝合加入到外科住培教学中,外科住培生的皮肤缝合水平得到了明显提高,降低了切口并发症发生率,受到外科住陪生的欢迎。文章就皮肤美容缝合教学的意义、内容、方法以及在西安交通大学第一附属医院教学的效果等进行了介绍和探讨,为皮肤美容缝合教学在住培中推广积累经验。As beauty becomes much important in today’s life,people pay more attention to cosmetic suture.Adding ocsmetic suture skills course in standardization training of surgical residents’education has major significance.From 2019,cosmetic suture skills have become one of the clinic courses in standardization training of surgical residents in the hospital.The cosmetic suture teaching included theoretical teaching,simulation training and clinical practice.The residents were also encouraged to do clinic research during clinical practice.The surgical residents’skin suture skills were improved,and the incision complications were decreased by cosmetic suture skills teaching.The cosmetic suture teaching was welcomed in standardization training of surgical residents and got good results.This paper introduced the importance,contents,methods and results of the cosmetic suture teaching in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University,which may be helpful for cosmetic suture teaching popularization in standardization training of surgical residents.
