摘　　要：目的探索心血管内科单病种诊疗规范在临床教学实践中的应用及效果。方法以2019年1月—2020年12月在陕西省人民医院心血管内一科参加住院医师规范化培训、进修、实习的学员为研究对象,随机分为对照组、试验组,将传统的教学法应用于对照组,将心血管内科单病种诊疗规范的教学法应用于试验组。出科前对所有学员进行理论考核、实践技能考核及满意度调查。结果试验组学员的理论考试及技能考核成绩均显著高于对照组,试验组学员对带教的满意度明显优于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血管内科单病种诊疗规范可显著提高临床教学质量,教学效果优于传统教学法。Objective To explore the application and effect of single disease diagnosis and treatment standard of cardiovascular medicine in clinical teaching practice.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,the students who participated in the standardized training,further study and internship of residents in the first department of cardiovascular medicine of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The traditional teaching method was applied to the control group,and the standardized teaching method of diagnosis and treatment of single disease in cardiovascular medicine was applied to the experimental group.Before graduation,all students shall be subject to theoretical assessment,practical skill assessment and satisfaction survey.Results The scores of theoretical examination and skill examination of the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group,and the satisfaction of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standard of diagnosis and treatment of single disease in cardiovascular medicine can significantly improve the quality of clinical teaching,and the teaching effect is better than the traditional teaching method.
