摘  要:目的探索转化医学联合微信翻转课堂教学模式在神经病学住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取蚌埠医学院第二附属医院2019级和2020级住培生(内科专业+全科医学专业+神经病学专业)共42名学生为研究对象,随机分成两组(试验组及对照组各21名),试验组采用转化医学联合微信翻转课堂教学模式,利用微信群及微课进行课前预习、课后复习及互动交流;对照组采用传统讲授法教学。轮转结束后对两组住培生进行考核。结果试验组的理论成绩、技能成绩、病例综合分析成绩均超过对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学员在思考能力、学习兴趣、解决问题、语言沟通、文献检索上对教学模式的认可人数均超过对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论转化医学联合微信翻转课堂模式能够提高住培生的自学能力及临床综合能力,激发发展自主学习和终生学习的能力,提高医学创新及科研水平,可在住培实践教学中应用推广。Objective To explore the application effect of translational medicine combined with Wechat flipped classroom teaching model in the standardized training of neurology residents.Methods A total of 42 resident training doctors(students majoring in internal medicine+students majoring in general medicine+students majoring in neurology)of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College in 2019 and 2020 were randomly divided into two groups(21 students in the experimental group and 21 students in the control group).The experimental group adopted the translational medicine combined with WeChat flipped classroom teaching mode and used WeChat groups and WeChat classes for pre class preview,post class review and interactive communication.The control group adopted traditional teaching method.After the rotation,the two groups of regular trainees was assessed.Results The theoretical scores,skill scores and case comprehensive analysis scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of students in the experimental group who recognized the teaching mode in thinking ability,learning interest,problem-solving,language communication and literature retrieval was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Translational medicine combined with WeChat flipped classroom mode can improve the self-study ability and clinical comprehensive ability of residents,stimulate the ability of developing independent learning and lifelong learning,and improve the level of medical innovation and scientific research.It can be applied and popularized in the practice teaching of regular training.
