紫杉醇联合顺铂对晚期食管癌患者癌细胞增殖及侵袭活性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂对晚期食管癌(AEC)患者癌细胞增殖及侵袭活性的影响。方法:选取2018年7月—2020年5月洛阳市第六人民医院肿瘤科接收的80例AEC患者为研究对象,依据住院病历号将其分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组采用5氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂治疗,观察组患者紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗。两组患者均连续治疗2个周期,对比两组患者治疗前、2个周期后癌细胞增殖与侵袭活性。结果:治疗2个周期后,两组患者MACC1、Nucleostemin、TRAF4较治疗前低,DEC1、PTPN14较治疗前高,且观察组MACC1、Nucleostemin、TRAF4低于对照组,DEC1、PTPN14高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.012、12.706、9.116、12.846、4.349,P<0.05);治疗2个周期后,两组患者EphA2、Snail、PFN2较治疗前低,PTEN、RACK1较治疗前高,且观察组EphA2、Snail、PFN2低于对照组,PTEN、RACK1高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.335、21.982、11.785、10.500、3.880,P<0.05)。结论:紫杉醇联合顺铂有效抑制AEC患者癌细胞增殖与侵袭的活性。Objective:To investigate the effect of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin on cancer cell proliferation and invasive activity in patients with advanced esophageal cancer(AEC).Methods:80 AEC patients received in the hospital from July 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to inpatient medical record number,they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group was treated with 5-fluorouracil combined with cisplatin,and patients in the observation group was treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin,both groups were treated continuously for 2 cycles.The cancer cell proliferation and invasion activity of the two groups before treatment and after 2 cycles were compared.Results:After 2 cycles of treatment,the MACC1,Nucleostemin,and TRAF4 of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of DEC1 and PTPN14 were higher than those before treatment,and the MACC1,Nucleostemin,and TRAF4 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of DEC1 and PTPN14 were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=13.012,12.706,9.116,12.846,4.349,P<0.05).After 2 cycles of treatment,EphA2,Snail,and PFN2 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and PTEN and RACK1 were higher than those before treatment.EphA2,Snail,and PFN2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and PTEN and RACK1 were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=18.335,21.982,11.785,10.500,3.880,P<0.05).Conclusion:Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin can effectively inhibit the proliferation and invasion of cancer cells in patients with AEC.
