精神科护士睡眠质量与心理防御方式的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨精神科护士睡眠质量与心理防御机制的相关性及相关影响因素。方法:随机选取哈尔滨精神专科白渔泡医院在职在岗的165名精神科护士作为研究对象。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和防御方式问卷(DSQ)对精神科护士进行测评,将PSQI评分结果与全国常模比较并分析其与心理防御机制的相关性。结果:精神科护士PSQI量表各项因子得分均显著高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(r=5.606、9.513、4.485、9.162、2.740、7.429、3.325、13.210,P<0.01)。相关性分析结果表明,不成熟防御机制与PSQI的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物的应用、日间功能障碍及睡眠总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。成熟防御机制与PSQI的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物的应用、日间功能障碍及睡眠总分呈负相关(P<0.05)。掩饰因子与入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、催眠药物的应用及睡眠总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。受教育年限、年龄、工作年限与催眠药物的应用、日间功能障碍及睡眠总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:精神科护士的睡眠质量普遍低于正常人群,且精神科护士的睡眠质量与成熟型防御机制、不成熟防御机制、掩饰因子、受教育年限、年龄及工作年限密切相关。Objective:To explore and analyze the correlation between sleep quality and psychological defense mechanism of psychiatric nurses and related influencing factors.Methods:A total of 165 psychiatric nurses in the hospital were randomly selected as the research subjects.Psychiatric nurses were assessed by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and the Defensive Style Questionnaire(DSQ).The PSQI score results were compared with the national norm and the correlation with the psychological defense mechanism was analyzed.Results:The scores of various factors of PSQI scale for psychiatric nurses were significantly higher than the national norm,and the difference was statistically significant(r=5.606,9.513,4.485,9.162,2.740,7.429,3.325,13.210,P<0.01).The results of correlation analysis showed that the immature defense mechanism was positively correlated with PSQI sleep onset time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,application of hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction and total sleep score(P<0.05).Mature defense mechanism was negatively correlated with PSQI sleep onset time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,application of hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction and total sleep score(P<0.05).The masking factor was positively correlated with sleep onset time,sleep time,sleep disorder,application of hypnotic drugs and total sleep score(P<0.05).Years of education,age,and working years were positively correlated with the use of hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction and total sleep scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sleep quality of psychiatric nurses is generally lower than that of the normal population,and the sleep quality of psychiatric nurses is closely related to mature defense mechanisms,immature defense mechanisms,masking factors,years of education,age and working years.
