摘  要:腹主动脉瘤是由遗传、饮食、吸烟、生物力学等诸多因素长时间作用后引起的主动脉病理性扩张疾病,破裂后其死亡率高达94%。血管与血流时刻处于流体力学相互作用的环境中,机械应力改变与血管内皮细胞功能失调是促进腹主动脉瘤发生、发展的关键所在,但具体机制至今未明。借助计算机科学,采集患者CT,MRI等影像学数据,导入流体计算软件,建立患者个体化的数值模型。是探索血流动力学影响腹主动脉瘤进展的重要途径。文章综述了腹主动脉瘤血流动力学研究的重点内容及腹主动脉瘤血流动力学变数值模拟的新进展。Abdominal aortic aneurysm is a pathological dilation disease of the aorta caused by many factors such as heredity,diet,smoking,biomechanics,etc.for a long time.The mortality rate after rupture is as high as 94%.Blood vessels and blood flow are always in the environment of hydrodynamic interaction.The changes of mechanical stress and the dysfunction of vascular endothelial cells are the key to promoting the occurrence and development of abdominal aortic aneurysm,but the specific mechanism is still unknown.With the help of computer science,collecting CT,MRI and other imaging data of patients,importing them into fluid computing software,and establishing an individualized numerical model of patients are important way to explore the influence of hemodynamics on the progression of abdominal aortic aneurysm.This article reviews the key contents of abdominal aortic aneurysm hemodynamic research and the new progress in numerical simulation of abdominal aortic aneurysm hemodynamic variables.
