摘 要:社会网络研究范式的兴起和发展为探讨人力资本与企业创新行为的关系提供了全新视角。文章在明确人力资本社会网络的概念内涵、特征及分类的基础上,对人力资本社会网络动态视角下企业创新行为影响机制进行分析,并对其未来研究进行了展望。The rise and development of the social network research paradigm has provided a new perspective to explore the relationship between human capital and corporate innovation.Based on the conceptual connotation,classification and measurement indicators of the social network of human capital and the analysis of the characteristics of corporate innovation,the paper constructs a framework of the influence mechanism of corporate innovation from the perspective of human capital social networks.It helps to clarify the development of research on inter-firm talent mobility and corporate innovation behavior in the context of social networks,and presents the prospect for this emerging field.
