摘　　要：新时代高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,具有鲜明的政治属性。高校辅导员要提升政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力、政治引领力、政治影响力、政治研究力,必须认清政治方位,提升政治品位,坚守政治岗位。In the new era,college counselors are the backbone of carrying out ideological and political education for college students,with distinct political attributes.In order to improve their political judgment power,political understanding power,political executive power power,political guidance power,political influence power and political research power,college counselors must recognize the political orientation,enhance their political taste and stick to their political posts.
