摘  要:本研究对从江西赣州采集的一株野生食用菌子实体经组织分离获得菌丝纯培养物,通过形态特征分析和ITS技术进行鉴定,鉴定其为口蘑属的白棕口蘑Tricholoma albobrunneum。序列上传GenBank,登录号为MT539126。本研究还通过不同培养基配方对白棕口蘑进行分离纯化培养,并设计分析不同碳源和氮源培养基对白棕口蘑菌丝生长的影响。结果表明加入菌根泥土浸提液的4号培养基菌丝的生长速度最快,菌丝长势强,色素分泌少,得到纯化菌种。白棕口蘑菌丝生长最佳碳源为红糖,最佳氮源为酵母膏,最佳培养基组合为:马铃薯200 g,红糖20 g,酵母膏5 g,琼脂20 g,KH_(2)PO_(4)0.6 g,MgSO_(4)0.6 g,pH自然。本研究为后续白棕口蘑栽培试验提供了一定理论基础。A wild edible fungus fruiting body was collected from Ganzhou,Jiangxi Province and was isolated,identified by morphological and molecular characterization.The wild edible fungus was identified as Tricholoma albobrunneum of Tricholoma.Its ITS sequence submission to NCBI obtained GenBank number MT539126.Different medium formulations were used for isolation and purification of Tricholoma albobrunneum,and analyzed the effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources on the growth rate of Tricholoma albobrunneum.The results showed that the mycorrhizal soil extract was added to the medium 4,the mycelium growth rate was the fastest,the mycelium growth was strong,the pigment secretion was less.The best carbon source was brown sugar,the best nitrogen source was yeast extract,and the best medium combination was potato 200 g,brown sugar 20 g,yeast extract 5 g,agar 20 g,KH_(2)PO_(4)0.6 g,MgSO_(4)0.6 g,pH natural.It provided a basis for the later cultivation of Tricholoma albobrunneum.
