摘　　要：目的 分析癌抗原125(CA125)、中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)及人附睾蛋白4(HE4)在子宫内膜癌患者血清中的表达水平及诊断价值。方法 选取2018年2月—2019年7月余姚市人民医院收治的57例子宫内膜癌患者为观察组,79例子宫良性病变者为观察组,44例健康体检者为对照组。比较3组研究对象以及不同病理分期子宫内膜癌患者血清CA125、NGAL及HE4水平,血清CA125、NGAL及HE4单独检测与联合检测的阳性率。结果 观察组血清CA125、NGAL及HE4水平分别为(57.46±12.94)U/ml、(408.36±33.23)ng/ml及(279.33±25.36)pmol/L;观察组血清CA125、NGAL及HE4水平分别为(31.22±3.03)U/ml、(152.13±19.35)ng/ml及(101.23±16.25)pmol/L;对照组血清CA125、NGAL及HE4水平分别为(29.70±3.72)U/ml、(150.25±18.68)ng/ml及(99.67±17.04)pmol/L。3组血清CA125、NGAL及HE4水平比较差异均有统计学意义(F=15.230、33.254及20.127,均P<0.05)。不同分期子宫内膜癌患者血清CA125、NGAL及HE4水平比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组中,血清CA125、NGAL及HE4单独检测与联合检测的阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(F=5.176,P<0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅳ期子宫内膜癌患者血清CA125、NGAL及HE4单独检测与联合检测的阳性率比较差异均有统计学意义(F=5.104、3.256、9.142及6.027,均P<0.05)。结论 CA125、NGAL及HE4在子宫内膜癌组织中均有表达,能作为检测子宫内膜癌的重要标志物,CA125、NGAL及HE4联合检测可提高诊断准确率。Objective To analyze the expression levels of serum cancer antigen 125(CA125), neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL), and human epididymis protein 4(HE4) in patients with endometrial cancer and the diagnostic value.Methods From February 2018 to July 2019, 57 patients with endometrial cancer treated in Yuyao People’s Hospital were selected as study group, 79 patients with benign uterine lesions were selected as observation group, 44 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as control group.The levels of serum CA125, NGAL, and HE4, the positive rates of single detection of CA125, NGAL, HE4, and combined detection were compared among the three groups and the patients with different pathological stages.Results The levels of serum CA125, NGAL, and HE4 in study group were(57.46±12.94) U/ml,(408.36±33.23) ng/ml, and(279.33±25.36) pmol/L, respectively;the levels of serum CA125, NGAL, and HE4 in observation group were(31.22±3.03) U/ml,(152.13±19.35) ng/ml, and(101.23±16.25) pmol/L, respectively;the levels of serum CA125, NGAL, and HE4 in control group were(29.70±3.72) U/ml,(150.25±18.68) ng/ml, and(99.67±17.04) pmol/L, respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the levels of serum CA125, NGAL, and HE4 among the three groups(F=15.230, 33.254, 20.127, P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the levels of serum CA125, NGAL, and HE4 among the patients with different pathological stages(P<0.05).In study group, there was statistically significant difference in positive rate between single detection of CA125, NGAL, HE4, and combined detection(F=5.176, P<0.05).Among the patients with endometrial cancer of stage Ⅰ-Ⅳ, there were statistically significant differences in positive rates between single detection of CA125, NGAL, HE4, and combined detection(F=5.104, 3.256, 9.142, 6.027, P<0.05).Conclusion CA125,NGAL, and HE4 express in endometrial cancer, which can be used as important indicators of endometrial cancer, combined detection of CA125, NGAL, and HE
