摘　　要：介绍国内城轨车辆齿轮箱轴承长期依赖进口的现状,分析齿轮箱轴承结构优化设计、材料、加工设备、企业质量管理体系、试验体系等方面国内相关技术及管理的发展情况,通过对国产轴承和进口轴承进行低温启动试验、疲劳试验、最高设计转速加载试验、高温试验以及国产轴承的耐久性试验,得出国产轴承性能可以满足城轨车辆齿轮箱轴承的设计要求,并对未来国产齿轮箱轴承的发展趋势进行了展望。The gearbox bearings for urban rail vehicles in China have relied on imports for long time,the development of domestic related technologies and management in the aspects of optimal design of structure,materials,processing equipment,enterprise quality management system and test system of gearbox bearings are analyzed.Through low temperature start-up test,fatigue test,loading test at maximum design speed,high temperature test of domestic bearings and imported bearings and durability test of domestic bearings,it is concluded that the performances of domestic bearings can meet the design requirements of gearbox bearings for urban rail vehicles,and the future development trend of domestic gearbox bearings is prospected.
