摘  要:目的探讨绝经后乳腺癌患者癌组织中雌激素受体G蛋白偶联受体30(GPR30)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)表达及临床意义。方法回顾性选取2015年8月至2016年8月在恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院行手术治疗的80例绝经后乳腺癌患者癌组织作为研究对象,另选取其癌旁组织作为对照。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中GPR30和MMP9表达情况,并分析GPR30和MMP9之间的相关性,收集乳腺癌患者临床病理特征,分析GPR30和MMP9表达水平与临床病理特征的关系,进一步分析GPR30和MMP9表达水平与乳腺癌患者5年生存率的关系。结果GPR30及MMP9在乳腺癌组织中高表达率分别为63.75%和67.50%,明显高于GPR30及MMP9在癌旁组织中高表达率27.50%和25.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中GPR30和MMP9表达具有相关性(P<0.05)。GPR30表达水平与患者年龄、肿瘤直径、组织分级无关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、淋巴结点状态、雌激素受体状态有关(P<0.05)。MMP9表达水平与患者年龄、肿瘤直径、TNM分期无关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移、组织分级、淋巴结点状态、雌激素受体状态有关(P<0.05)。绝经后乳腺癌组织中GPR30、MMP9高表达组患者5年生存率为70.59%、72.22%,均低于GPR30、MMP9低表达组患者93.10%、92.31%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GPR30和MMP9在绝经后乳腺癌组织中呈高表达,二者具有相关性,且GPR30和MMP9高表达患者5年生存率低于低表达患者,有望成为预测绝经后乳腺癌患者预后的有效指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of G protein-coupled receptor 30(GPR30)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9)in cancer tissues of postmenopausal breast cancer patients.Methods The cancer tissues of 80 postmenopausal breast cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Central Hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research object,and their adjacent tissues were selected as the control.Immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of GPR30 and MMP9 in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,and the correlation between GPR30 and MMP9 was analyzed,the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer patients were collected,the relationship between GPR30 and MMP9 expression levels and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed,the patient was followed up for 5 years,and the relationship between the expression levels of GPR30 and MMP9 and the 5-year survival rate of breast cancer patients was further analyzed.Results The high expression rates of GPR30 and MMP9 in breast cancer tissues were 63.75% and 67.50%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the high expression rates of GPR30 and MMP9 in adjacent tissues of 27.50% and 25.00%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of GPR30 and MMP9 in breast cancer tissues was correlated(P<0.05).The expression level of GPR30 had nothing to do with the age,tumor diameter,tissue grade of patients(P>0.05),but was related to lymph node metastasis,TNM staging,lymph node status,and estrogen receptor status(P<0.05);the expression level of MMP9 had nothing to do with patient age,tumor diameter,TNM stage(P>0.05),but was related to lymph node metastasis,tissue grade,lymph node status,and estrogen receptor status(P<0.05).In postmenopausal breast cancer tissues,the 5-year survival rates of patients in the GPR30,MMP9 high expression group were 70.59%,72.22%,which were lowei than those in the GPR30,MMP9 low expressi
