摘 要:以合肥地铁5号线4标黄山路站—雨花塘站区间施工项目为例,研发一种新型盾构过站技术。利用Solid Works有限元软件对盾构小车进行整体装配式设计,优化过站小车的结构尺寸,提高过站小车整体受力可靠性。采用过站小车滑轮以及轨道相结合的顶进工艺,减小盾构顶进摩擦力,提高盾构过站施工效率。盾构主机与后配套分别整体过站,避免盾构多次拆机的过程,缩短80%施工工期,并节约了大量的机械成本费用。Taking the construction project between Huangshan Road station and Yuhuatang station of bid 4 of Hefei Metro Line 5 as an example,a new station-passing technology for shield is developed.The finite element software SolidWorks is used to carry out the overall assembly design of the shield trolley,optimize the structural dimensions of the stationpassing trolley and improve the overall stress reliability of the station-passing trolley.The jacking process combining station-passing trolley pulley with track is adopted to reduce the jacking friction of shield and improve the efficiency of shield passing through station.The base machine of shield and the supporting equipment pass through the station as a whole separately,which avoids the process of multiple disassembling of the shield,shortens the construction period by 80%and saves a lot of mechanical costs.
