摘 要:变质心控制方式在极端条件飞行控制中具有突出的气动性能和操纵特性。提出了一种面向固定翼飞行器滚转通道变质心控制的新型双滑块控制策略,设计了可集成机翼翼梁内部的滑块运动控制装置,具有集成度高、机内空间利用率高、稳定性好等潜在优势。为此,设计了基于柔性齿条传动、齿轮减速器和大扭矩舵机的驱动装置,以及磁吸式的模块化滑块设计方案。通过飞行器操纵特性和气动特性分析,结果表明利用变质心操纵替代传统副翼,能够消除、降低传统舵面偏转引起的气动阻力。最后,制作了变质心飞行器原理样机,并完成了飞行试验,验证了方案的有效性和工程可实现性。The moving mass control(MMC)has an outstanding aerodynamic performance and control effect in extreme conditions.In this paper,a new MMC scheme based on two moving masses for roll control of fixed-wing aircraft is proposed.A MMC device that can be integrated into the inner part of the wing beam was designed,which has the potential advantages of high integration,high utilization rate of design space and improved stability.To this end,an actuation device was designed based on the flexible rack drive,gear retarder and high torque steering engine drive device,as well as modular moving masses employing magnetic suction.The analysis result of control characteristic and aerodynamic performance of the mass-actuated aircraft shows that the proposed MMC scheme can replace the traditional aileron and reduce the aerodynamic drag caused by the traditional rudder deflection.Finally,the experimental prototype of the mass-actuated aircraft was designed and manufactured.The flight test verified the effectiveness and engineering feasibility of the proposed MMC scheme.
