摘　　要：文化润疆,是新形势下以习近平同志为核心的党中央探索新疆治理的生动实践,是新时代治疆方略的重要组成部分。文化润疆的提出,是应对新疆最长远的民族问题的客观需要,更是顺应新形势下新疆治理的时代诉求。文化润疆不仅承载着中华文化与新疆各民族文化之间的历史传承、坚强维护新疆主流意识形态安全,更是新疆各族人民铸牢中华民族共同体意识的内在要求。文化润疆通过社会化方式,强调文化浸润,深化中华文化意蕴,着眼于文化产业,将文化润疆融入新疆发展的各个方面,切实推动新疆社会稳定与长治久安。Culturally nourishing Xinjiang is a vivid practice of the Party Central Committee with Comrade XI Jinping as the core to explore Xinjiang governance under the new situation, and an important part of the Xinjiang governance strategy in the new era. The proposal of cultural enrichment is an objective need to deal with the most long-term ethnic issues in Xinjiang, and it is also in line with the demands of the times for Xinjiang governance under the new situation. Cultural enrichment in Xinjiang not only carries the historical inheritance between Chinese culture and the cultures of various ethnic groups in Xinjiang, but also firmly maintains the security of the mainstream ideology in Xinjiang. Through socialization, cultural enrichment emphasizes cultural infiltration, deepens the connotation of Chinese culture, focuses on cultural industries, integrates cultural enrichment into all aspects of XI Jin-ping’s development, and effectively promotes social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.
