摘　　要：阐述电子商务创业创新人才培养过程中的问题,制定科学的应对策略,建立开放式众创平台运行管理机制,探讨双创融合背景下的电子商务人才培养模式。This paper expounds the problems in the training process of e-commerce entrepreneurship and innovation talents, formulates scientific countermeasures, establishes the operation and management mechanism of open mass entrepreneurship platform, and discusses the training mode of e-commerce talents under the background of the integration of entrepreneurship and innovation.
