校园足球特色学校足球参训学生锻炼动机和锻炼承诺关系探究

摘　　要：校园足球特色学校作为发展校园足球的有效载体,高中阶段校园足球发展成为义务教育阶段和高等教育阶段至关重要的连接点,为各高校足球运动发展输送大量后备人才。锻炼动机作为锻炼承诺的根本所在,高中足球参训学生拥有较强锻炼动机可直接促使其保持较高的锻炼承诺水平,在关注参训学生运动技能是否提高的同时也要重视其锻炼动机和锻炼承诺。结果显示:不同性别、年级以及学校位置(除郊区学校外)的高中足球参训学生的锻炼动机和锻炼承诺存在正相关关系,锻炼动机可以有效预测锻炼承诺,即锻炼动机越强,参训学生锻炼承诺水平越高;高一高二比高三参训学生锻炼动机对锻炼承诺表现出更大的正向预测;年级因素对参训男生影响比女生更大;市区和乡镇学校参训学生锻炼动机对锻炼承诺呈正相关性预测。Campus football characteristic schools are effective carriers for the development of campus football.The development of campus football at the high school stage has become a vital link between the compulsory education stage and the higher education stage,providing a large number of reserve talents for the development of college football.Exercise motivation is the root of exercise commitment.High school football participants have a strong exercise motivation that can directly promote them to maintain a higher level of exercise commitment.While paying attention to whether the training students’sports skills have improved,they should also pay attention to their exercise motivation and exercise.promise.The results show that there is a positive correlation between exercise motivation and exercise commitment of high school football participants of different genders,grades,and school locations(except suburban schools).Exercise motivation can effectively predict exercise commitment,that is,the stronger the exercise motivation,the more the participating students The higher the level of exercise commitment;the exercise motivation of the students in the first and second grades of high school shows a greater positive prediction of the exercise commitment;the grade factor has a greater impact on the participating boys than the girls;the training motivation of the students in urban and township schools The prediction of exercise commitment is positively correlated.
