摘　　要：车辆减速器测试平台主要包含试验整机、动力系统、数据采集分析模块、逻辑控制模块4部分,可实现对减速器动作过程中动作特性指标、控制阀各工作腔的气压变化数据、电磁阀电参数、表示接点状态等关键信息的采集。该测试平台能够模拟复现减速器典型故障;结合数据采集功能对故障特征进行研究,支撑故障深入分析;同时为减速器新产品、新技术研发,以及产品改进提供整机测试环境,有效缩短新产品研发周期。The test platform for car retarder is mainly composed of the tested car retarder,pneumatic system,data acquisition and analysis module,logic control module,which can collect the data on action characteristic indexes,air pressure changes in each working chamber of the control valve,electrical parameters of the solenoid valve,and the status of the indication contacts during the operation of the retarder.The test platform can simulate the recurrence of common retarder failures and study failure features for in-depth failure analysis in combination with the function of data acquisition.Meanwhile,the test platform can provide a test environment for the research and development of new products and new technologies of car retarder,helping shorten the development cycle of new products effectively.
