摘 要:针对人工搬运钻杆至动力猫道排管架上速度慢、效率低等问题,对地面自动排管装置的结构进行了设计。该装置由自动管桥架、举升装置和传送装置构成。通过SolidWorks对自动排管装置进行三维建模,对举升装置的面板与支杆进行受力分析,确定了举升装置的支杆在运动过程中的受力变化情况。采用ANSYS软件对主要受力件进行静力学分析,并用SolidWorks对举升装置及传送装置进行运动学分析。分析结果表明:主要受力件的强度和刚度满足实际需求,运行过程符合工作要求。该装置操作简单、排管效率高、运行平稳,提高了排管的自动化水平,有一定的工程应用价值。The ground automatic pipe arranging device is designed in order to solve the problem of low speed and low efficiency of manually transferring drill pipe to power catway pipe rack.The device is composed of automatic pipe bridge,lifting unit and transmission unit.The 3D model of the automatic pipe arranging device is established using SolidWorks,and the force analysis of the panel and strut of the lifting unit is carried out to determine the force variation of the strut of the lifting unit in movement process.The static analysis of the main stressed parts is carried out using ANSYS software,and the kinematics analysis of the lifting unit and the transmission unit is carried out using SolidWorks software.The analysis results show that the strength and stiffness of the main stressed parts meet the actual requirements,and the operation process meets the working requirements.The ground automatic pipe arranging device is simple in operation,high in efficiency and stable in operation,which improves the automation level of pipe arranging and has certain engineering application value.
