摘 要:作为航空发动机的核心部件,滚动轴承的振动信号传播路径长且衰减严重。在振动信号的采集中,通常含有特定转频和高能量的噪声信号,使得故障信号中存在大量无用信息,干扰故障特征的提取。基于随机共振原理和自适应遗传算法,结合容忍思想,提出基于容忍的自适应遗传算法对随机共振系统进行优化,最后对实验数据进行降噪,结果验证了改进型随机共振算法能够有效实现对滚动轴承振动信号的降噪。As the core component of aero-engine, the vibration signal of rolling bearing has long propagation path and serious attenuation. In addition, in the vibration signal acquisition, it usually contains specific frequency and high-energy noise signal,which makes a lot of useless information in the fault signal and interferes with the fault feature extraction. Based on the principle of stochastic resonance and adaptive genetic algorithm, combined with the idea of tolerance, an adaptive genetic algorithm based on tolerance is established to optimize the stochastic resonance system and reduce the noise of the experimental data in this paper.The experimental results validate that the proposed method can effectively reduce the noise signals of rolling bearings.
