积极生命教育融入高校心理健康教育的研究

摘　　要：积极生命教育运用积极心理学的方法帮助学生尊重、理解生命意义,让他们学会积极应对、幸福生活、健康成长,从而实现自我生命价值。开展积极生命教育,能提升高校心理健康教育的深度。本研究从心理健康教育工作网络、课程教学、心理健康宣传教育活动、心理咨询服务、心理危机干预等五个层面,探索将积极生命教育融入高校心理健康教育的路径,帮助高校科学地开展生命教育活动,提高心理育人功效。Positive life education uses the methods of positive psychology to help students respect and understand the meaning of life,help them learn to respond positively,live happily and grow healthily,so as to realize their own life value.The operation of positive life education can enhance the depth of mental health education in colleges.This research explores the integration path of positive life education and mental health education in colleges from five aspects,namely mental health education network,curriculum teaching,publicity and education activities of mental health,psychological counseling services and psychological crisis intervention,so as to help colleges carry out life education scientifically and improve the effectiveness of psychological education.
