摘　　要：阐述面向隐性学习能力培养的过程装备成套技术课程教材设计,包括培养目标与内容设置、能力导向与知识结构、逻辑结构与编写体例、理实结合与示范引导。This paper expounds the design of a complete set of process equipment technology course materials for the cultivation of implicit learning ability,including the setting of training objectives and contents,ability orientation and knowledge structure,logical structure and compilation style,combination of theory and practice and demonstration guidance.
