摘  要:以油脂、茶麸、碱液为基本原料,采用冷制法制取手工皂,研究制备过程中皂化温度、油脂种类、陈化时间和搅拌速度对皂基性能的影响.结果表明:当皂化温度为40~50℃时,皂样的总游离碱量更低且泡沫度较好;采用山茶油制皂的泡沫度较高;陈化时间超过70 d, pH值相对稳定在8.3左右;搅拌速度在200~300 r/min时,皂化反应可在30 min内完成.Handmade soap was prepared and produced in cold-made method by using grease, tea dust and alkali as the basic materials. The effects of saponification temperature, grease type, sedimentation time and stirring speed on the properties of soap base were studied. The results showed that when the saponification temperature reached to 40~ 50 ℃, the total amount of free alkali of the soap was lower and the foam degree was better. The foam degree made from camellia oil soap was higher. After sedimentation for more than 70 d, the pH value was relatively stable at about 8.3. The saponification reaction can be completed within 30 minutes at the stirring speed of 200 ~ 300 r/min.
