环保湿强剂中氯丙醇含量测定及其在吸管纸中的应用

摘　　要：通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪对环保湿强剂中的1,3-二氯-2-丙醇和3-氯-1,2-丙二醇含量进行测定,将符合要求的湿强剂在吸管纸中应用,并将纸样送第三方检测机构检测氯丙醇含量,测试结果1,3-D C P未检出,3-M C PD数值为3μg/L,与自测数据2.1μg/L接近,符合德国BfR对氯丙醇的限量要求,通过Minitab对测量系统及检测结果做MSA及过程能力分析,交叉量具R&R为0.92%、可区分类别数NDC为28、初始过程能力指数PPK为5.64、过程能力指数CPK为7.12,证明测量系统及检测结果均高度可靠,能够保障湿强剂进货检验、吸管纸产品出厂检验均能符合安全指标要求。The contents of 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol and 3-Chloro-1,2-Propanediol in environmental friendly wet strength agent were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry which used in the straw paper.Third party test results showed 1,3-DCP was not detected,and the value of 3-MCPD was 3μg/L which approach to the self data that was 2.1μg/L.The result meeted the limit requirements of German BFR for chloropropanol.MSA and process capability were analyzed through Minitab,R&R was 0.92%,NDC was 28,PPK was 5.64,and CPK was 7.12.The results showed the system and test results were highly reliable which could ensure that the incoming inspection of wet strength agent and straw paper products can meet the requirements of safety indicators.
