摘　　要：目的探讨激光联合RS泪道管置入术对鼻泪管阻塞病人眼表症状和生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年8月至2018年8月在廊坊市人民医院治疗的鼻泪管阻塞病人80例,按照置管方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各40例,观察组给予激光联合RS泪道管置入术,对照组给予激光联合泪道引流管置入术,观察两组治疗疗效、泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间、溢泪分级、SF-36评分、并发症等。结果观察组治疗疗效为90.00%,优于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组拔管后SF-36评分为(89.87±8.15)分,高于对照组的(84.03±9.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而眼表症状评分为(9.94±1.64)分,低于对照组的(12.26±1.90)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光联合RS泪道管置入术治疗鼻泪管阻塞有较好的疗效,明显改善病人眼表症状和生活质量。Objective To investigative the effect of laser combined with RS lacrimal duct implantation on ocular surface symptoms and quality of life in patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods Eighty patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction treated in Langfang People's Hospital from August 2015 to August 2018 were selected and divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Laser combined with RS lacrimal duct implantation was performed in the observation group and lacrimal duct drainage tube in the control group.The efficacy,amount of tear secretion,rupture time of tear film,grade of tear overflow,SF-36 score and complications were observed.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 90.00%,which was better than that of the control group 77.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The SF-36 score of the observation group after extubation was(89.87±8.15),which was higher than that of the control group(84.03±9.22),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the ocular surface symptom score was(9.94±1.64)lower than that of the control group(12.26±1.90),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser combined with RS lacrimal duct implantation has a good effect in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction,which can significantly improve the ocular surface symptoms and quality of life.
