摘 要:扦插发根潜力是影响无性系茶树品种推广应用的重要因素,在新品种选育过程都要对入选品系的扦插发根潜力进行比较鉴定。本研究用基质快速扦插繁育法对来自浙江和广西两地的10个茶树新品系的发根潜力进行了比较,并以育成品种‘龙井43’和‘浙农902’为对照。结果显示,来自浙江的‘ZJ202’,‘ZJ205’和‘ZJ206’以及来自广西的‘LB1’和‘LB4’等品系具有良好发根潜力;源自广西野生茶树种子后代的品系‘GX6’和群体种实生苗培育的品系‘LB2’发根能力较差。同时发现,冬季扦插穗条上的花蕾对扦插发根有不良影响,扦插之前摘除穗条上的花蕾和花朵,有促进扦插发根的作用。The rooting potential of cuttings is an important factor affecting the promotion and application of clonal tea cultivars,and it should be identified during selecting a new clonal tea strain.In this study,the rooting potentials of 10 new clonal tea strains from Zhejiang and Guangxi were compared by means of rapid cutting method in media,with clonal tea cultivars‘Longjing 43’and‘Zhenong 902’as control.The results showed that clonal strains‘ZJ202’,‘ZJ205’and‘ZJ206’from Zhejiang and‘LB1’and‘LB4’from Guangxi had high rooting potentials.However,the strains‘GX6’and‘LB2’from Guangxi had poor rooting capacity.Meanwhile,it was found that the flowers or flower buds on the cuttings in winter had inhibitive effect on the rooting of the cuttings.Therefore,it is necessary to remove the flowers and/or flower buds on the cuttings before cutting.
