The relationship between urban residents’green knowledge and sustainable clothing consumption behavior

摘  要:针对国内服装产品过度消费及服装浪费等问题,探讨绿色消费知识与服装可持续消费行为的关系。引入绿色消费知识、感知便利性和社会规范等3个变量,构建可调节的中介模型。对中国东部、中部、西部地区的726名城市居民进行问卷调研,运用AMOS结构方程模型和BOOTSTRAP置信区间方法进行实证检验。结果显示:绿色消费知识对服装可持续消费行为和感知便利性均具有显著的正向影响;感知便利性对服装可持续消费行为具有显著正向影响,并在绿色消费知识和服装可持续消费行为之间起部分中介作用;社会规范在绿色消费知识与感知便利性的关系中起到正向调节作用。To explore the relationship between green consumption knowledge and sustainable clothing consumption behavior to the plight of over-consumption of apparel products and apparel waste in China,three variables,green consumption knowledge,perceived convenience and social norms,were introduced to construct an adjustable mediation model.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 726 urban residents in eastern,central and western China,and the AMOS structural equation model and BOOTSTRAP confidence interval method were used to test the empirical evidence.The empirical study found that green consumption knowledge has a significant positive effect on both sustainable clothing consumption behavior and perceived convenience;perceived convenience has a significant positive effect on sustainable clothing consumption behavior and partially mediates the relationship between green consumption knowledge and sustainable clothing consumption behavior;social norms play a positive moderating role in the relationship between green consumption knowledge and perceived convenience.
