窄种植体在下前牙种植修复的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨窄种植体在下前牙种植修复的可靠性和优越性。方法利用DIO UF(ll)窄种植系统对狭窄牙槽脊的缺失下前牙进行种植修复。结果40例患者,种植65颗植体,共修复76个缺失下前牙。随访两年,一次性植入后达到成功率96.9%,另外2颗植体再次植入后达到满意效果。结论窄种植体在下前牙缺失修复中非常可靠和理想。Objective To investigate the reliability and superiority of implant restorations with narrow implants on lower anterior teeth.Method Implant restoration of missing lower anterior teeth using the DIO UF(ll)narrow implant system.Results In 40 patients,65 implants were placed,and a total of 76 missing lower anterior teeth were restored.At the two-year follow-up,a success rate of 96.9%was achieved after one-time implantation,and 2 implants achieved satisfactory results after reimplantation.Conclusion Narrow implants are reliable and satisfactory in the restoration of missing lower anterior teeth.
