摘　　要：文章多维度地考察管子文化对大唐政治的影响:唐代朝堂弥漫着对管子的贤能崇拜。管子文化为唐代君臣立身修德、砥砺操守提供丰富历史滋养和理论圭臬。管子文化为唐代政治革新提供重要历史依据和理论来源。管子开创的兼听式民主在唐代得到极大张扬,构成唐代治理昌盛的制度密码。管子轻重理论为唐代推动经济改革、谋求重整朝纲提供重要理论参考和理论供给。《管子》理论的包容性、开放性特质,契合了唐代社会昌盛所需要的文化理论需求,成为唐人文化视野中的显学。The article examines the influence of Guanzi culture on Tang politics in multiple dimensions:The Tang Dynasty court was filled with the worship of the virtuousness of Guanzi.Guanzi culture provided tang dynasty monarchs with moral cultivation,moral integrity,and provided rich historical nourishment and theoretical standards.Guanzi culture provided an important historical basis and theoretical source for the political innovation of the Tang Dynasty.The kind of listening democracy pioneered by Guanzi was greatly publicized in the Tang Dynasty,constituting the institutional code for the prosperity of Tang Dynasty governance.The theory of the Qing Zhong provided an important theoretical reference and theoretical supply for the Tang Dynasty to promote economic reform and seek to reorganize the dynasty program.The inclusive and open nature of the Guanzi theory meets the cultural theoretical needs for the prosperity of Tang Dynasty society,and has become a prominent study in the cultural vision of the Tang people.
