自我管理训练对精神分裂症患者心理状态与生活质量的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探析自我管理训练对精神分裂症患者心理状态与生活质量的干预效果。方法随机选取2020年1—12月在该院精神科工作的护理人员10名和接收的精神分裂症患者26例进行调查,将其纳入参比组,应用基础方式管理。随机选取2021年1—12月在该院精神科工作的护理人员10名和接收的精神分裂症患者26例进行调查,将其纳入观察组,应用自我管理训练。比较两组管理效果。结果管理后,观察组护理人员的测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员负责患者的心理状态、生活质量均好于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员负责患者的满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对精神科护理人员和患者进行管理时,应用自我管理训练能够提升护理人员专业水平,维持患者良好心态,改善生活水平,提高满意度,建议使用。Objective To explore the intervention effect of self-management training on the psychological state and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 10 nurses working in the psychiatric department of the hospital and 26 patients with schizophrenia received from January to December 2020 were randomly selected for investigation,included in the reference group,and managed by basic methods.10 nurses working in the psychiatric department of the hospital and 26 patients with schizophrenia received from January to December 2021 were randomly selected for investigation,and they were included in the observation group and applied self-management training.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results After management,the evaluation scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological state and quality of life of the nursing staff in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff in the observation group had higher satisfaction of patients than in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of psychiatric nursing staff and patients,the application of self-management training can improve the professional level of nursing staff,maintain a good mentality of patients,improve living standards,and improve satisfaction.It is recommended to use it.
