摘  要:目的探究以病例为引导的互动式教学模式在彩超带教中的可行性。方法选取2020年6月—2021年7月该院80名实习生作为研究对象,根据时间不同分为对照组40名(2020年6—12月)和观察组40名(2021年1—7月)。对照组实习生实施常规教学模式,观察组实习生实施以病例为引导的互动式教学模式,对比两组实习生学习趣味性、学习成绩、教学质量。结果观察组实习生学习兴趣、知识接受情况、注意力吸引等学习趣味性评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生理论、基础考核、专科操作等学习成绩评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生提升参与意识、提升学习效率、扎实操作能力、解决问题能力等教学质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对实习生实施以病例为引导的互动式教学模式可显著提升学习趣味性、学习成绩及教学质量。Objective To explore the feasibility of case-guided interactive teaching mode in color ultrasound teaching.Methods From June 2020 to July 2021,80 interns in the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different time,they were divided into 40 intems in the control group(June to December 2020)and 40 interns in the observation group(January to July 2021).The interns in the control group implemented the conventional teaching mode,and the interns in the observation group implemented the interactive teaching mode guided by the case.The interns'learning interest,academic performance,and teaching quality were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of learning interest,knowledge acceptance,and attention attraction of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical scores,basic assessment scores,and specialist operation scores of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching quality scores and improving participation awareness,improving learning efficiency,solid operation ability,and problem-solving ability,of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing case-guided interactive teaching mode for interns can significantly improve learning interest,academic performance and teaching quality.
