摘  要:深化“因材施教”的教学理念,并以综合能力培养为导向贯彻到病理日常带教中。以免疫组织化学实验课为例,探索对不同学习背景、不同基础及不同层次学生的培养方法。优化教学内容,创新教学方式及方法,提高教学效果,提升学生的学习主动性及想象力、创造力及团结协作能力,让学生掌握所需知识,达到学习目标,以满足不同医学岗位的需求。Deepen the teaching concept of"teaching according to aptitude",and implement it in the daily teaching of pathology with the guidance of comprehensive ability training.Taking the class of immunohistochemistry experiment as an example,it explores the training methods for students with different learning backgrounds,different foundations and different levels.Optimize teaching content,innovate teaching methods and methods,improve teaching effect,enhance students'learning initiative,imagination,creativity and unity and cooperation ability,so that students can master the required knowledge,achieve learning goals,and meet the needs of different medical positions.
