摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔护理宣传教育对种植体周围黏膜炎预防效果的影响。方法:选取本院2015年1月至2020年1月行人工种植体植入手术患者80例,分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组进行常规纸质术后宣教,试验组行视频、手册,以及定期电话回访宣传教育处理,进一步对比两种不同的处理方法下的患者种植体周围的牙龈指数。结果:试验组种植体周围牙龈出血指数明显低于对照组,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于接受种植体修复的患者,通过适当的宣传教育提高患者依从性,可有效降低种植体周围黏膜炎的发生率,从而提高口腔种植体的保存率。Objective:To investigate the effect of oral care publicity and education on the prevention of periimplant mucositis.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2020,80 patients with implant implantation in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received conventional paper post-operative education,and the experimental group received video,manual and regular telephone return visits for publicity and education,and further compared the gingival index around implants of patients under the two different treatment methods.Results:The gingival bleeding index in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients receiving implant repair,the incidence of peri-implant mucositis can be effectively reduced through appropriate publicity and education to improve patient compliance,thus improving the retention rate of oral implants.
