摘 要:目前,沙漠化治理主要采用铺设草方格防风固沙,再栽种植被,实现沙土涵养固结,抑制沙化扩张。为解决现有草方格铺设中的成本高、工作效率低、自动化程度低、人力需求大等问题,拟设计了一种基于物联网技术的智能草方格铺设车。其主要机械机构包括:行进机构、输草机构、断草机构和轧草机构。同时,控制系统为其赋予智能化能力。铺设车以提高工作效率,减轻人力劳动,保证铺设质量为设计目的,力图做到结构可靠、操作方便,满足不同工况下的铺设任务,助力沙漠生态修复进程。At present,desertification control mainly adopts laying straw checkerboard barriers for wind-break and sand-fixation,and then planting trees to inhibit sand drain.In order to solve the problems of high cost,low efficiency,low automation and high labor intensity in the existing straw checkerboard barriers laying,an IoT-based intelligent straw checkerboard barriers laying vehicle is designed.Its main mechanisms include:traveling mechanism,straw delivering mechanism,straw cutting mechanism and straw rolling mechanism.Meanwhile,the control system gives intelligent capability to it.It is designed to improve the efficiency,reduce the labor and ensure the quality of laying,with the aim of achieving reliable structure and convenient operation,meeting the laying tasks under different working conditions and helping the process of desert ecological restoration.
