摘　　要：针对在稀土生产过程中,基于不同车间之间对于稀土液体物料的精确计量需求,开发一套基于工业互联网技术液体物料自动计量控制系统。通过在液体物料输送系统中安装电磁流量计,雷达液位计等数字仪表,既可实现各车间之间液体物料需求的精确计量又能够对系统设备的远程操控和运行状态进行实时监测以及实时预警。彻底解决了信息反馈不及时的巨大缺陷,极大地提高了生产效率,实现了生产数字化和信息化。Based on the accurate measurement requirements of rare earth liquid materials between different workshops in the rare earth production process,a liquid material automatic metering control system based on industrial internet technology is proposed in this paper.By installing the electromagnetic flowmeter,radar liquid level meter and other digital instruments in the liquid material conveying system,the accurate measurement of liquid material demand between workshops is realized;besides,the system can also realize remote control of system equipment and real-time monitoring and early warning of the running state.It completely solves the huge defect that the information feedback is not timely,and greatly improves the production efficiency,thus to realize the production digitization and informationization.
