摘 要:儿童在不同年龄阶段会掌握相应的技能,这是反映儿童生长发育情况的重要指标,也是评价儿童早期发展的重要内容。本研究综合丹佛发育里程碑、幼儿健康调查报告及美国国家疾病与预防控制中心建立的发育里程碑,从语言与沟通、社交与情绪及认知发展3方面对幼儿的发育里程碑进行总结。认知功能缺陷发育异常儿童不能在特定年龄段内发展出相应的里程碑技能,表现出与典型发育儿童不同的学习模式。本文介绍了对导致认知功能缺陷的不同神经发育障碍疾病,并基于幼儿大脑神经可塑性提出了早期干预建议。During the development of children,the corresponding milestone skills will be mastered at different ages.It is an important index to reflect the growth and development of children,and also an important content to evaluate the early development of children.This study summarized the developmental milestones of children from language and communication,social and emotional development,and cognitive development based on Denver Developmental Screening Test,The Survey of Well-being of Young Children,and developmental milestones established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.Atypical children with cognitive deficits cannot develop corresponding milestone skills in a specific age and show different learning patterns from typical developmental children.In this study,different neurodevelopmental disorders leading to cognitive deficits were briefly introduced,and suggestions for early intervention were given based on the brain neuroplasticity of young children.
