摘 要:目的:探讨有效沟通在B超门诊护理中的应用效果.方法:选择2020年8月至2021年1月在本院接受B超检查的350例患者,按抽签的方式,将其均分为常规组(175例)和观察组(175例),分别予以常规分诊护理和有效沟通的门诊护理.比较并分析两组患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁自评量表(SAS)、(SDS)评分状况以及对护理满意度评价情况.结果:与护理前相比,两组患者在护理后SAS、SDS评分均有一定改善,且观察组均明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评价明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:有效沟通在B超门诊护理中具有非常积极的意义,可有效缓解患者的不良情绪,提高患者护理依从性和护理满意度,增进护患、医患之间的友好关系.Objective:To explore the effect of effective communication in the outpatient nursing of B-ultrasound.Methods:350patients who were examined by B-ultrasound from August 2020to January 2021 were divided into two groups:175patients and 175observation groups,respectively,and were given routine and effective communication outpatient care.The self rating scale(SAS)and SDS scores of anxiety,depression and satisfaction were compared and analyzed before and after nursing.Results:compared with the pre nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were improved,and the observation group were significantly lower than the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:effective communication is of great significance in B-ultrasonic outpatient nursing,which can effectively alleviate the patients'bad mood,improve the compliance and satisfaction of nursing,and improve the friendly relationship between nurses and patients.
