摘  要:目的通过生物信息学分析,明确WDR62在结直肠癌(CRC)发病机制中的表达及作用。方法通过不同的TCGA数据库分析WDR62在结直肠癌中的表达,利用TIMER数据库研究WDR62与免疫细胞浸润的相关性,用STRING在线工具分析WDR62相关蛋白网络。结果在结直肠癌中WDR62的表达显著上调,结肠癌中WDR62的表达与CD4+T细胞和中性粒细胞呈正相关,而在直肠癌中与CD8+T细胞和巨噬细胞呈负相关,相关蛋白的富集主要体现在JNK磷酸化和凋亡信号通路上。结论WDR62可能是一种结直肠癌新的诊断性肿瘤标志物,其表达可能与免疫细胞浸润有关。Objective To identify the expression and role of WDR62 in the pathogenesis of CRC by bioinformatics analysis.Methods The expression of WDR62 in CRC was analyzed by different TCGA databases.The correlation between WDR62 and immune cell infiltration was studied via TIMER database.While STRING was used to draw WDR62 related protein network.Results WDR62 expression was significantly upregulated in CRC.WDR62 was positively correlated with CD4+T cells and neutrophils in colon cancer while was negatively correlated with CD8+T cells and macrophages in rectal cancer.The enrichment of related proteins is mainly reflected in JNK phosphorylation and apoptosis signaling pathway.Conclusion WDR62 may be a novel diagnostic biomarker for CRC.WDR62 expression may be associated with immune cell infiltration.
