原发性癫痫患儿血清S100B蛋白与认知功能障碍关系分析

摘  要:目的探讨原发性癫痫患儿血清S100B蛋白与认知功能障碍的关系。方法回顾分析、收集2016年1月~2017年12月我院收治的76例原发性癫痫患儿临床资料,使用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估患儿认知功能水平,明确患儿认知功能障碍发生情况。收集患儿基线资料,测定患儿实验室指标,重点分析血清S100B蛋白与原发性癫痫患儿认知功能障碍的关系。结果76例(18.42%)原发性癫痫患儿中有14例发生认知功能障碍。发生组患儿S100B蛋白水平高于未发生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间其他资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Logistic回归分析显示,血清S100B蛋白水平升高是原发性癫痫患儿发生认知功能障碍的风险因子(P<0.05)。结论血清S100B蛋白水平与原发性癫痫患儿认知功能障碍密切相关,血清S100B蛋白水平升高可增加原发性癫痫患儿认知功能障碍发生风险。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum S100 B protein and cognitive impairment in children with primary epilepsy.Methods Clinical data of 76 children with primary epilepsy admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)was used to assess the cognitive function of the children and to identify the occurrence of cognitive impairment in the child.The baseline data of children were collected,the laboratory indexes of children were measured,the relationship between serum S100 B protein and cognitive dysfunction in children with primary epilepsy was mainly analyzed.Results Among 76 children with primary epilepsy,14 cases had cognitive impairment,accounting for 18.42%.The S100 B protein level of children in the occurrence group was higher than that in the non occurrence group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical significant difference in other data between the two groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the increased serum S100 B protein level was a risk factor for cognitive dysfunction in children with primary epilepsy(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum S100 B protein level is closely related to cognitive dysfunction in children with primary epilepsy,the increase of serum S100 B protein level can increase the risk of cognitive dysfunction in children with primary epilepsy.
