摘 要:盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)是女性常见病。针对患者在恶劣环境下,肌电信号的采集困难、评估不准确、没有智能推荐治疗方案和不能远程精确控制电刺激信号等问题,提出基于物联网平台的盆底肌诊疗系统。系统通过快速傅里叶变换实现对肌电信号的高精度采集;通过PWM对升压电路的精准控制来实现电刺激的精准输出,并对盆底肌远程诊疗系统进行性能测试。该系统在50 Hz的环境噪声条件下,肌电信号的示值准确度为1μV,分辨率不大于2μV,系统噪声不大于1μV,共模抑制比为120 dB,可在1~50 V直流信号下精准控制电刺激输出。实验结果表明,该系统能够在干扰较大的环境下,精确采集肌电信号,实现远程评估诊断,并根据评估值自动推荐诊疗方案,有效解决基层诊疗能力不足和患者诊疗顾忌问题,契合国家分级诊疗制度要求。Pelvic Floor Dysfunction(PFD)disease is a common disease in women.The pelvic floor muscle diagnosis and treatment system based on the Internet of things platform was proposed to solve the problems of difficult acquisition and inaccurate evaluation of EMG signals,lack of intelligent recommended treatment plan and remote accurate control of electrical stimulation signals in patients under harsh environment.The system realizes high precision acquisition of EMG signal by fast Fourier transform.The precise output of electrical stimulation is realized through the precise control of PWM to boost circuit,and the performance of the pelvic floor muscle remote diagnosis and treatment system is tested.The system is under the condition of 50 Hz ambient noise,the accuracy of EMG signal is 1μV,the resolution is not more than 2μV,the system noise is not more than 1μV,and the common mode rejection ratio is 120 dB.The system can accurately control the output of electrical stimulation at 1~50 V DC signal.The experimental results show that the system can accurately collect EMG signals in a large interference environment,realize remote evaluation and diagnosis,and automatically recommend diagnosis and treatment plans according to the evaluation value,effectively solve the basic diagnosis and treatment capacity deficiency and patients’treatment scruples,in line with the requirements of the national graded diagnosis and treatment system.
