摘 要:产业园区是区域经济发展的重要载体,是产业结构调整的重要抓手,承担着培育新兴产业的重要使命。以地产开发为核心的产业园区开发运营模式,在国土政策逐渐收紧的大趋势下,面临巨大挑战。以中关村软件园为典型案例,研究如何推动产业园区收入结构由地产开发为主向产业服务、产业孵化、产业投资多元协同的后地产开发模式转变,更好地促进产业结构调整和服务国家创新驱动发展战略。Industrial park is an important carrier of regional economic development,as well as an important starting point of industrial structure adjustment,and also undertakes the important mission of cultivating emerging industries.The development and operation mode of industrial park with real estate development as the core are facing great challenges under the general trend of gradually tightening land policy.Taking Zhongguancun Software Park as a typical case,it is of great significance to study how to promote the transformation of the income structure of the industrial park from real estate development to the post real estate development mode of industrial service,industrial incubation and industrial investment,so as to better promote the adjustment of industrial structure and serve the national innovation driven development strategy.
