摘　　要：“一带一路”国家是世界重要粮食产区,我国从“一带一路”沿线国家进口粮食的数量逐年增加,随着国际贸易形势变化,开辟我国西部地区粮食物流国际通道对于粮食进口渠道多元化发展有重要的意义。对我国与“一带一路”沿线国家粮食贸易和粮食进口陆路物流通道现状进行了分析,提出外基地内走廊、产业园区牵引对外通道、沿运输通道共建仓储设施三类示范节点模式,并提出了建立利益联结机制、打造可持续优质粮源供应体系,发展保税加工、构建“一带一路”特色产业链,建设粮食物流园区、发挥国际通道重要载体作用等示范节点发展建议,为新时期规划建设国际粮食物流节点提供了参考,对保障我国粮食安全具有实践意义。The“Belt and Road”countries are important grain producing areas in the world,and the amount of grain imported by China from countries along the“Belt and Road”has increased year by year.With the changes in the international trade situation,opening up international channels for grain logistics in China’s western region is of great significance for the diversified development of grain import channels.This paper analyzes the current situation of grain trade between China and the countries along the Belt and Road,as well as the land logistics channel for grain import.It puts forward three demonstration nodes including the“outer grain base,inner corridor”mode,the industrial park leading the international grain logistics channel mode,and overseas warehouse building mode.It also gives suggestions for demonstration nodes development,including establishing an interest linkage mechanism to build a sustainable high-quality grain source supply system,developing bonded processing to construct the“Belt and Road”characteristic industrial chain,constructing grain logistics parks to play the role of important carriers of international channel.This paper provides a reference for the construction of international grain logistics nodes in the new era and has practical significance for ensuring China’s grain security.
