双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊辅助四联疗法治疗HP阳性十二指肠溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊辅助埃索美拉唑四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)阳性十二指肠溃疡患者的临床效果。方法:选取我院2019年1月到2021年3月104例HP阳性十二指肠溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组,每组52例。对照组采用埃索美拉唑四联疗法治疗,观察组采用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊辅助埃索美拉唑四联疗法治疗。治疗4周后比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后肠道菌群(双歧杆菌、乳杆菌)数量、HP根除率、血清炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率、HP根除率高于对照组,双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量高于对照组,干扰素-γ、白介素-6、白介素-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,总不良反应发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊辅助埃索美拉唑四联疗法治疗HP阳性十二指肠溃疡患者效果显著,可有效根除HP,改善肠道菌群数量及血清炎性因子水平,且能降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with esomeprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(HP)positive duodenal ulcer.Methods:104 patients with HP positive duodenal ulcer in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with esomeprazole quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule assisted with esomeprazole quadruple therapy.After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment effect,the number of intestinal flora(Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus),HP eradication rate,serum inflammatory factor level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate and HP eradication rate of the observation group were higher,and the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacillus were higher than those of the control group.The level of Interferon-γ,Interleukin-6,interleukin-10 or Tumor necrosis factor-αwas lower than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with esomeprazole quadruple therapy is effective in the treatment of HP positive duodenal ulcer.It can effectively eradicate HP,improve the number of intestinal flora and the level of serum inflammatory factors,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
