摘  要:在人造板材制造过程中,针对压实铺料工序辊筒振动会导致物料颗粒层出现不均匀、不平整及密实度低等问题,造成后续模压成型的板材质量变差,为了在辊筒压实工序改善颗粒的均匀度、平整度与密实度,本文基于离散元方法,采用频幅参数因素变量进行仿真分析,以离散系数、轮廓高度差及孔隙率三个参数为目标分析依据,以多目标加权系数优化得到三者最合适的综合效果。结果表明:通过模态分析,在不接近共振频率的前提下,进行多目标响应优化分析,径向振动的最合适的频幅为f=10 Hz,幅值A=4 mm,轴向振动的最优频幅参数为f=50 Hz,幅值A=2 mm,从而改善压实铺料效果,为实际工况提供一定参考。In the manufacturing process of man-made panels,in view of the problems of non-uniformity,unevenness and low density of the material particle layer caused by the vibration of the rollers in the compaction and paving process,resulting in the deterioration of the quality of the subsequent molded panels,in order to improve the uniformity,flatness and compactness of particles in the roller compaction process,with the discrete element method,frequency and amplitude parameter factor variables were adopted for simulation analysis,with three parameters,i.e.discrete coefficient,contour height difference and porosity,used as the target analysis basis,the most suitable comprehensive effect of the three was obtained by optimizing the multi-objective weighting coefficient.The result showed that through the modal analysis and under the premise of not approaching the resonance frequency,the multi-objective response optimization analysis indicated the most suitable radial vibration frequency amplitude of f=10 Hz,amplitude A=4 mm,the optimal axial vibration frequency amplitude parameter of f=50 Hz and amplitude A=2 mm,thereby improving the compaction and paving effect and providing a certain reference for the actual working conditions.
