摘 要:以白桦、黑桦、山杨、油松四种木材为材料,测试分析不同预处理后四种木材的胶合性能。结果表明:白桦和黑桦的未处理材聚氨酯胶合后胶合性能最好,山杨热空气处理材脲胶胶合性能最好,油松未处理材白胶胶合性能最好。树种处理方式不同,胶粘剂相同时,黑桦的胶合性能最好,山杨的胶合性能最差。处理方式不同树种和胶粘剂相同时,热空气处理材的胶合性能较差,碱抽提处理材胶合性能较好。胶粘剂不同树种和处理方式相同时,聚氨酯胶合的木材胶合强度较好,聚醋酸乙烯酯胶黏剂的木材的胶合性能较差。In this study,the bonding properties of four kinds of wood,including Betula platyphylla,Betula nigra,Populus davidiana and Pinus tabulaeformis,were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the untreated wood of Betula platyphylla and Betula platyphylla had the best gluing properties after polyurethane gluing,the hot air treated wood of Populus davidiana had the best gluing properties,and the untreated wood of Pinus tabulaeformis had the best gluing properties.When different treatment methods and adhesives were the same,Betula platyphylla had the best bonding performance,while Populus davidiana had the worst.The results showed that the bonding properties of hot air treated wood were worse than that of alkali extracted wood.The results show that the bonding strength of wood glued with polyurethane is better than that of wood glued with white glue.
